A Ponzi scheme is essentially an investment fraud wherein the operator promises high financial returns or dividends that are not available through traditional investments.
Instead of investing victims' funds, the operator pays "dividends" to initial investors using the principle amounts "invested" by subsequent investors.
The scheme generally falls apart when the operator flees with all of the proceeds, or when a sufficient number of new investors cannot be found to allow the continued payment of "dividends."
This type of scheme is named after Charles Ponzi of Boston, Massachusetts, who operated an extremely attractive investment scheme in which he guaranteed investors a 50 percent return on their investment in postal coupons. Although he was able to pay his initial investors, the scheme dissolved when he was unable to pay investors who entered the scheme later.
Some Tips to Avoid Ponzi Schemes: As with all investments, exercise due diligence in selecting investments and the people with whom you invest. Make sure you fully understand the investment before you invest your money.

Now Our Take On This...
If this company was to take all of the money coming in and did not invest it for future growth (like new computer network labs and offices in India, like they doing at this present time) then someone might think this was some sort of ponzi scheme.
If people from all over the world (not just America folks) who are getting paid $10,000 per cycle were not getting paid, then this might be a scam. But, people all over the world are getting paid and they don't have to wait until the end of the month. You get paid when you cycle off the Express and Travellers boards.
If the company was not counting on hundreds of thousands of people worldwide (one day millions) purchasing travel through their travel portal (network tied into WTO, a division of Travelocity), then the company would not really have a product to offer its clients. But they do, they are offering people a portal to purchase travel. The gifting part is what lures the masses.
TVI Express has over 480,000 people in its network worldwide as of October 2009 and is growing faster than anyone can imagine. If only 10% of those people use their back office to book travel (which they pay for), then TVI Express has almost 50,000 people buying travel through the TVI Express Travel Network, right now.
Common Sense, People
Ask any travel agent if they had 50,000 customers purchasing travel from them, would they be a wealthy travel agent?
What if they only had 25,000 customers purchasing travel from them on a monthly basis, would they be a wealthy travel agent?
I'm pretty sure many travel agencies would love to have 25,000 customers per month booking their travel from them on a regular basis.
What if you had 25,000 buying customers in whatever business you are in, do you think you could be pretty wealthy? Would you hire a full staff of people to run your office or offices?
Especially if you are being paid in dollars and you are hiring staff in foreign countries like India and paid them in their own currency.
Many American companies have outsourced to workers in countries like India and other places for tech support for many reasons, the main one being, it costs them a lot less to operate over there than it does here in the states.
While this is available, how many people could you help in your own family if you had $10,000 cash?
What if you were able to earn that much every month? Two or three times a month?
Don't dismis it, there are people right now in America who have made over $40,000 and $50,000 in less than 60 days.
Once you have done it successfully the first time, you will know how to duplicate it as well as have more incentive to want to do it again.
You have an opportunity to make something happen right now.
If you wait too long, you've missed it, obviously you can't get in too soon because it is in momentum as we speak. Are you willing to take a risk?
If you invest in stocks, are you guaranteed you'll make money on your investment?
It's exciting when you do, but no one promised you a certain amount of income. What's your investment portfolio look like compared to a few years ago?
We could be like Lowes, Let's Build Something Together. Isn't that whay they say?

My only question now is, what are you waiting for?
Hop on the bus, let's take an adventure together.
It costs less than many people spend on lottery tickets every year. $5 per week in lottery tickets equals $260 per year spent on lottery tickets, home many times have you won?
I haven't won the lottery yet, but I keep playing.
